Valeome

Valeome is a fiendish assassin contracted by the Nine-fingered Hand, and specifically Dagult Neverember. He crossed paths with Brym while in Dougan’s Hole and the confrontation ended with Valeome’s neck being snapped… a quick round trip to the Abyss and he was spotted menacing settlements within Icewind Dale.
