Steve Banning was a member of the Howard Carter expedition to the Valley of the Kings, acting as security and factotum. There he met Tim Sullivan and later on Jackson Elias. On hearing of Tim Sullivan’s death he journeyed to Aden to meet with Martin Linwood and Cecil Grimm in order to find justice for Tim and to complete the work Tim began.
