Born on the Eastern shores of Suliri on 1805 A.S (After Suliri), the capital planet of the Sulirien Empire, Elliot P. Finnley studied in the Academy of Suliri for five years to become one of the best pilots in the galaxy.
Trained to become a soldier, he entered the Imperial Army as a reservist.
On the beginning of the year 1832 A.S, Elliott P. Finnley awaits his first orders to join the Army if needs be and fight the battles of the Empire for the glory of freedom and honour.
